What gas used clean the condenser or evaporator

 Dry nitrogen gas is used to clean the condenser or evaporator inside of the coil  for flashing the tube. Clean the outer surface of the Evaporator by using wet cotton cloth by using a water and soap powder solution, then to applying dry Cotton cloth. air cooled Condenser outer surface to clean by using high pressure water. 











 Clean the condenser ( in side ) 



. Air cooled condenser


   The clean of the inner tube or pipe of the air cooler condenser like a removed the oil,air or dust, moisture or water partical and gas etc. The clean of inner tube or pipe of the air cooler condenser by using the Dry nitrogen cylinder. The dry nitrogen pressure are applying for cleaning the inner tube, depends upon the condenser coil size or length of the condenser for flashing the tube. 



. Water cooled condenser


     The clean of the water cooler condenser of the circulating of water of the inner tube, like a removed the scaling or algae of the inner tube.The clean of inner tube or pipe to circulating of water of the water cooled condenser by using the hydrochloric acid and water in the ratio 1:8 through the tubes or pipes with the help of pump if possible. 



Clean the Evaporator or chiller ( in side ) 




. Air cooler Evaporator or air cooling coil


  The clean of the inner tube or pipe of the air cooler Evaporator like a removed the oil,air or dust, moisture or water partical and gas etc. The clean of inner tube or pipe of the air cooler Evaporator by using the Dry nitrogen cylinder. The dry nitrogen pressure are applying for cleaning the inner tube, depends upon the evaporator coil size or length of the Evaporator for flashing the tube. 



. Liquid cooling coil or chiller 


     The cleaning of the liquid cooling coil or chiller( flooded type of the chiller) flows the circulating of water of the inner tube, like a removed the scaling or algae of the inner tube. the chiller just like that a shell and tube type water cooled Condenser. The inner tube of the chiller flows through the water is cleaning by using the hydrochloric acid and water in the ratio 1:8 through the tubes or pipes with the help of pump if possible. 



Clean the Condenser ( out side ) 




. Air cooled condenser


    The cleaning of out side or outer surface of the air cooler condenser to removed the  dust, Algae, rust, dirt etc. The cleaning of the outside or outer surface of air cooled condenser like a plate type and plate and tube type, tube and wire type by using a wet cotton cloth by using a water and soap powder solution, then to applying dry Cotton cloth and if it can not be cleaned in wash. 


   In the case of fin and tube type air cooled condenser, clean it with steel brush of the fins, or applying of hydrochloric acid and water in the ratio of 1:8. After it, wash the condenser with high pressure clean water. 



. Water cooled condenser


   The clean the outside or outer surface of the water cooled condenser to removed like a grease, rust, dirt, dust etc. The cleaning the outside or outer surface of the water cooled condenser by using the wet cotton cloth by using a water and soap powder solution or high pressure water.
