Outdoor ac unit Servicing or cleaning
Condenser coil -
fin and tube or finned tube type of condenser to clean by generally using the high pressure water and some chemicals are applying like hydrolic acid for heavy dirty condenser resen wait for maximum 1 minutes then applying high pressure water
Fan or motor -
the clean of fan by using the wet cotton cloth using the soap paudar and water solution and air blower.Remove front cover of Outdoor ac unit then applying wet cotton cloth of the fan and air blower to clean the fan.clean the Fan motor by using dry cotton cloth and air blower not using wet cotton cloth because water partical inter the inside of the motor then motor is damage it.
Compressor -
clean the sealed type of compressor by using dry cotton cloth and air blower. Remove outer cover of Outdoor ac unit then applying dry cotton cloth and air blower to clean the Compressor.
Base -
clean the Base of inside of the Outdoor ac unit by using wet cotton cloth using the soap paudar and water solution and dry cotton cloth in the normal dirty. The heavy dirty inside of the base by using wet cotton cloth or normal water and high pressure water.
Cover -
clean the inner or outer cover of the Outdoor ac unit by using the wet cotton cloth using the soap paudar and water solution and normal water to wash.
Outdoor ac unit repairing
Compressor -
first remove cover then finding out of the compressor is damage it by using Multimeter to connect compressor terminal not showing resistance. teken a new compressor follow the previous compressor model or serial number and tonnage .Remove electrical parts manually and all pipe joints of the compressor by using welding or bragging can. Remove the nuts of the compressor base then teken out the old compressor of the out door base. new compressor is instal of the base then fitting nuts of the compressor base. all pipe are joints of the new compressor by using welding or bragging can then connect to electrical parts.
Condenser coil -
remove cover then finding out condenser coil is damage it. Mini holes in middle position of the Condenser coil by applying sobe solution and put in water tank before closed all valves remove all electrical parts or heavy dirty or rast of condenser coil so leakage refrigerant gas or not condensing properly of condenser. Disconnect from the all pipes of the condenser by using welding or bragging can.Remove nuts of the condenser coil then tekan out of the condenser coil of base.follow the model or serial number and tonnage of the compressor.Taken new condenser coil instal of base and fitting nuts of the condenser coil. Joints all pipes of the condenser coil by using welding or bragging can.
Filter or drier and capillary tube -
remove cover then finding out of the capillary tube is chocked due to moisture present inside of the system. Remove filter or drier and capillary tubing of the system by using welding or bragging can. Taken a new one of filter or drier and capillary tubing.
Then instal new filter or drier and capillary tubing of the system by using model number and sereal number of the machine.
condenser fan and motor -
Condenser fan is not running why because fan motor is brownout. finding wire of the motor by using Multimeter, connect wire in multiple l see resistance not showing in multiple display. Remove fan motor from the stant. Teken new one fan motor by using old fan motor showing data .New fan motor instal of the stant by the help of screws.Then fitted fan of the motor.
