The Bare Tube type evaporator is air cooled natural convection type and maybe water cooled type used in inside Attach to water of water cooler. used only bare tube in required purpose.
These are constructed of either steel pipe or copper tubing. Steel pipe is used for large evaporators for ammonia Refrigerant charge in plants and copper tube is used for smaller evaporators, for freon refrigerant charge like r134a, r600, r 22, Common shapes are zig-zag, flat or spiral. These are used where temperature is maintained below 0°C in coil.
Plate Surface Evaporator

These are of several types. In plate type Evaporator are air cooled natural convection type of the evaporator by the help of natural air.
It construction, consists In the two flat sheets of metal made of stainless steel so embossed and welded together as to provide a suitable inlet valve and outlet valve for liquid refrigerant flow between two sheets.
It is easily cleaned and defrosted manually. It is used in single door domestic refrigerators' freezer. Some evaporators are made of joint tubing installed between two metal plates.
Finned Tube Evaporator

The Fin and Tube Evaporator are air cooled forced convection type of Evaporator which is cooled, by the help of fan Or blower of the Evaporators.
It construction of the Finned coil or Evaporator are bare tube coil made of copper and aluminium and fins in made of aluminium are installed together. The inlet and outlet pipe provide for flows through the liquid refrigerant.The fins serve as the secondary heat absorbing of the surface.The use of fins increases overall surface area of the evaporator. The fins are soldered to the tube or sloped over the coil forming a good thermal contact. The fins' distance varies from one to fourteen fins per inch depending on operating temperature.
The use or application of the Evaporator For Example, Double door Refrigerators, visible coolers, window air conditioner, Split air conditioner etc.
Plate Tube Evaporator

The plate tube evaporator are air cooled natural convection type of the evaporator which is cooled by the help of only natural air.
It construction of the, plate tube evaporator are bare tube coil made of copper or aluminum and sheets of metal made of stainless steel and welded together. The suitable inlet valve and outlet valve provided for flow through the liquid refrigerant.
The used of the Evaporator for Example, single door refrigerators ’freezer, water coolers.
